The Saudi Coffee Development Center in Jazan provides training, research, and market development support to enhance local coffee production and commercialization. **Honey Production in Southwestern Saudi Arabia** Initiated in 2016 in collaboration with King Khaled University, the honey initiative expands production of honey, propolis, bee venom, and wax across Aseer, Taif, and Al Madinah.
